Swipe Data: We record your likes and dislikes based on your interactions with music recommendations.

Playlist Information: We collect information about your playlists, including track content, name, image, and description.

Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect information about how you use the app, including which features you use and how often.

Consumption Data: We collect data about your Pro features consumption to provide personalized features and recommendations. With your explicit consent, we may share this data with Apple in compliance with their guidelines. This includes playback history and usage trends as outlined in the Apple Developer Documentation.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide personalized music recommendations
• Facilitate the functioning of your account and app experience
• Enhance and improve Swipefy’s features

• Fulfill compliance requirements with App Store guidelines, including the lawful sharing of consumption data upon your consent.

Your data will only be processed where we have a lawful basis to do so under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws.

Free users of Swipefy will see advertisements, including Google Ads and custom music advertisements. These ads may be personalized based on your usage data, in compliance with GDPR and CCPA. You can manage your ad preferences in your device settings.
